Casa Perea is a pretty detached Villa with private swimming pool situated in the beautiful region of Abruzzo,
in the heart of the countryside, with local views of the mountains.
Built in the early 1900's, Casa Perea is situated on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Cotti in its own grounds of nine acres with panoramic views of olive groves and hilltop hamlets.
Casa Perea sleeps up to six people, with a large barn for parking and a barbecue area with private swimming pool, sun chairs and plenty of space to get away from it all.
